I was so thrilled to be able to review this book. Like most women I am always wanting to tighten and tone up problem areas. This is book is very informative and I like that it includes photos so that you can make sure you are doing it right.  This book not only teaches you how to build your booty but also helps with posture, decreases back, hip, and knee pain, tighten and flatten abs, and how to lose extra body fat. I cannot wait to see what results I get from these exercises!
